Dear Clients,

We are happy to welcome clients back inside our hospital! Our team kindly asks that you wear a mask during your interactions with our team.

We have also implemented a new missed appointment policy:

New Missed Appointment/Cancellation Policy

We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we require at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you do not confirm your appointment with at least 48 hours notice it will be cancelled. As appointments are in high demand, this allows us the necessary time to rebook the appointment time for someone on our waiting list.

After two missed appointments or cancellations with insufficient notice, we will require pre-payment for any future appointments. This amount will be non-refundable 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

OPERATING HOURS

We are OPEN with the following hours:

Monday to Friday: 8:00 am - 6:00 am

Saturday & Sunday: Closed

Thank you for your patience and understanding and we look forward to seeing you and your furry family members again!

- Your dedicated team at Downtown Animal Hospital
